Service 04/08 — Integrations

Make your systems
talk to each other.

POS, QuickBooks, e-commerce, scheduling, inventory, CRMs — connected and syncing automatically. The end of double entry starts here.

The problem/

Your software doesn’t speak the same language.

Sales live in the POS. Books live in QuickBooks. Inventory lives in a spreadsheet, and the online store lives in its own world. Somebody — probably you — re-types it all every week, and the numbers still never quite match.

The fix/

One connected stack.

We wire your systems together with native integrations and custom API work. Sales flow into the books automatically, inventory updates everywhere at once, and every system agrees on the same numbers. Enter data once. Done.

01/

What we connect.

POS Integrations

A wide variety of POS systems — Toast, Square, Clover, and plenty more. Whatever’s ringing your sales, we’ll wire nightly totals straight into your accounting.

QuickBooks Sync

Invoices, payments, and payroll data land in QuickBooks automatically, categorized correctly.

E-Commerce & Payments

Shopify and WooCommerce tied to in-store inventory, plus Stripe payments integrated the PCI-compliant way — no card data where it shouldn’t be.

Scheduling Tools

Booking and shift systems synced with payroll, calendars, and your front-of-house reality.

Inventory Sync

One count, every channel. Stock levels that update themselves across store, online, and back office.

CRM & Comms

Customer data flowing between your CRM, email tools, and point of sale — plus Twilio and Twilio Flex for calls, texts, and one omni-channel inbox.

Custom API Work

When two systems have no official connector, we build the bridge ourselves — in Laravel, Ruby, Rust, or Go, whichever fits the job.

Monitored Pipelines

We watch every sync we build. If a connection hiccups, we know — and fix it — before you do.

Stubborn legacy systems? We speak fluent ancient.

That on-prem accounting or inventory system from another decade — the one that was never meant to talk to anything? We make it talk anyway: custom connectors, database-level syncs, scheduled exports and imports. You keep the software that still does its job. We handle the diplomacy.

02/

VoIP & phones.
A house specialty.

Your phone system is an integration too. We build it, port your numbers, wire the call flows, and plug it into everything else you run.

Cloud Voice

Twilio and Twilio Flex builds: smart call routing, IVR menus, SMS, recording, and a contact center sized for a small business — wired into your CRM so every call comes with context.

Desk Phones

Real handsets for the host stand, the back office, and the kitchen. SIP phones provisioned, numbers ported, extensions and ring groups configured — and supported after.

03/

Who it’s for.

Brick + Click Retail

A physical store and an online store should share one inventory and one set of books. We make that true.

Bars & Restaurants

POS to QuickBooks, tips to payroll, orders to inventory. Close the night without touching a spreadsheet.

Offices With Tool Sprawl

CRM here, billing there, scheduling somewhere else. We connect the sprawl so data entered once shows up everywhere.

04/

Straight answers.

Can you connect our specific software?

Almost certainly. Anything with an API — which is most modern business software — we can integrate. Tell us your stack on the first call and we’ll confirm on the spot.

What if one of our systems has no API?

We’ve got workarounds: file exports on a schedule, database-level connections, even structured email parsing. If a system truly can’t be integrated, we’ll tell you straight and suggest a replacement that can.

Will the integration break when our software updates?

Vendors do change their APIs. That’s why we monitor every integration we build and include fixes in our support plans — most issues are resolved before you ever notice them.

Is our data safe moving between systems?

Yes. Connections are encrypted in transit, credentials are stored properly, and data syncs use the minimum access required. We document exactly what flows where, and you can revoke our access at any time.

How long does an integration project take?

Standard connections — POS to QuickBooks, store to inventory — often run in a week or two. Custom API work takes longer, but you’ll get a timeline and a flat price up front, not an open meter.

One source of truth.
Zero double entry.

List your systems. We’ll map the connections, flag the gaps, and price the whole thing flat — free.
