For ADK sites and outbuildings the lines never reached: Starlink, cellular, a Ubiquiti point-to-point (PtP) or point-to-multipoint (PtMP) bridge from a nearby property with service, or a fiber run across your own land. We’ll spec the one that fits and make it boring-reliable.

What does managed IT cost?
A flat monthly rate based on your number of devices and locations — most small businesses land in the range of a single part-time wage for a full IT department. The flat rate covers unlimited support for everything in your plan; projects like new installs, buildouts, hardware, and major upgrades get quoted separately, before any work starts. Everything is custom-scoped and à la carte — take what you need, skip what you don’t. The free consultation ends with an exact number, in writing.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Business-down issues get the front of the line, routine requests get handled in turn, and managed clients get a 24/7 emergency line. The exact response targets are set in your service agreement — in writing, not in marketing copy.
We only have a handful of computers. Is this overkill?
No — small is our specialty. A five-device bar gets the same monitoring, backups, and security a fifty-seat office gets, priced for five devices. The smaller you are, the more a single failure hurts, which is exactly why this exists.
Are we locked into a long contract?
One year to start. Talk to us if you need different. Most engagements begin with a one-year agreement, and we’re open to other terms if that’s what makes it work for you. If you ever leave, your passwords, documentation, and data go with you. We keep clients with service, not fine print.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes, and we do it constantly. We handle the handoff directly with your outgoing provider, document everything we find, and rotate credentials so your business — not a former vendor — holds the keys.
