Pick the play: Starlink, cellular, a Ubiquiti point-to-point (PtP) or point-to-multipoint (PtMP) bridge from a nearby property with service, or a fiber run across your own land. We’ll spec the one that fits.

What does residential IT cost?
Simple flat-rate options: a one-time flat price for installs like a UniFi network or camera system, and an optional flat monthly rate if you want us watching, updating, and supporting it after. You get the exact number in writing before any work starts — no hourly meter, no surprise invoices.
Why Ubiquiti instead of the router from my ISP?
The ISP box is built to be cheap, not good. UniFi is the same professional gear we install in bars and offices: wall-to-wall coverage from properly placed access points, cameras and footage you own with no monthly cloud fee, and one dashboard for the whole house. It’s yours — we just make it sing.
Can you watch my camp in the Adirondacks while I’m away?
Yes — seasonal homes are a specialty. We install Protect cameras and a network you can check from your phone anywhere, and we monitor the connection year-round. If a camera drops offline in January, we know before you do. On-site visits are covered too; the Adirondacks are inside our service area.
Do I have to be technical to work with you?
The opposite — that’s the point. You tell us what’s annoying in plain English (“the Wi-Fi stinks upstairs,” “I want to see the driveway from my phone”) and we handle every technical decision, install, and update. You get one number to call and zero jargon.
What if something breaks after the install?
Call or text and we fix it — most issues are handled remotely the same day, no truck in the driveway required. If you’re on a flat-rate care plan, we’re usually fixing things before you notice, because we’re monitoring the network and backups around the clock.
Am I signing a contract?
One-time installs are just that — one time. Ongoing care plans start with a one-year agreement. One year to start; talk to us if you need different.
